USCIS has posted guidance in regards to the new court decision on DACA. Individuals who have never had DACA are not allowed to submit a DACA request. Any application that is received by a non-DACA holder will not be processed by USCIS. On September 5th, 2017 the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) was rescinded by the Trump Administration. The University of California challenged this decision and requested that the court reconsider the application of the program. On January 9th, 2018 the court issued DACA to be partially maintained.
